Lucknam Park is to host the two-Michelin-starred Norbert Niederkofler as guest chef from 11-16 May. The chef – who heads up the St Hubertus restaurant at the Rosa Alpina hotel in the Italian
Dolomites – will recreate his much-lauded cuisine at the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant The Park and its brasserie throughout the week.
Niederkofler’s cooking combines inherently Italian recipes with flavours from his South Tyrolean heritage, as well as strong hints from neighbouring Austria’s cuisine. His menu for The Park will
include the likes of millefeuille of deer with liquorice, kumquats and celery mousse. While, at the brasserie, expect dishes such as burrata from Puglia with endives, tomatoes and anchovies.
The brasserie á la carte lunch menu is priced at £40 for three courses, while the dinner menu at The Park starts at £66 for three courses. In addition to these there will be a tasting menu in The
Park, priced at £86. An overnight stay at Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa starts from £295 per room per night.
