The Barbican branch of Morgan M has launched a special grazing menu of tasting plates, which will be available from 1 March. The menu is aimed at customers who are looking for a light gourmet
lunch, pre-theatre pit stop or casual supper.
Guests can mix and match from the menu, which includes some of the restaurant’s signature dishes, such as ravioli of snails in Chablis, with garlic froth and red-wine jus; new creations such as
farci of hare with quince purée and game jus; and miniature desserts such as vanilla rice pudding with an orange tuile.
The tasting-plates menu will be available to customers eating in the new ‘Kitchen Gallery’ dining room, a more casual dining area located on the lower-ground floor of the restaurant. The menu,
called Les Plats du Moment, consists of cold and hot dishes; prices start at £3.50.
