Brighton restaurant Murmur is hosting a Wild Gathering Feast on 30 November. On the night, head chef Michael will cook up a four-course feast, with wine pairings from Hallgarten Druitt. The menu will feature dishes such as smoked mallard served with burnt honey purée, Tokyo turnip and lime salad, and seared venison haunch with pot roast celeriac, pickled yolk, parsley purée and venison ragu. Guests will then end the evening with apple tart and yoghurt sorbet.
The Wild Gathering Feast at Murmur takes place on 30 November at 7.30pm. Tickets are priced at £65pp, including a wine flight. To book, call 01273 711900 and quote SquareMeal.
