Pétrus is holding monthly wine masterclasses aimed at budding food and wine enthusiasts.
Head sommelier Naoko Tomita will teach guests about grape varieties and how to match wines with different flavour combinations. She will also run through wine etiquette and basic tasting
After the class, guests can test their new-found knowledge as they sit down to a five-course menu with specially chosen accompanying wines. Dishes include lobster and salmon cannelloni with
Champagne and chive sauce, served with 2009 Mas des Agrunelles, Fleur Blanche, based in the Languedoc.
Classes start at 10.30am and cost £100.
