On 19 April, Roussillon will launch its new ‘Mini-Gastronome Menu,’ which chef Alexis Gauthier hopes will encourage parents to bring
their children with them when dining at top restaurants. The seasonally changing dishes such as potato soup with foie gras ravioli or grilled sea bass with mango and ginger salad, aim to educate
children about new flavours and develop their palates.
The seven-course menu will be offered on the first and third Wednesday lunchtime of every month and will be free for all children under 12.
