The Chelsea Flower Show celebrates its centenary this year. In honour of 100 years of beautiful blooms, the restaurants at Kensington’s Royal Garden Hotel – Min Jiang and Park Terrace – will host
two Flower Show-themed experiences from 20-26 May.
Park Terrace’s pastry kitchen will serve a floral-themed afternoon tea, creating an assortment of special
treats, such as an orange-blossom honey cheesecake, and raspberry-and-chocolate roulade. From 2-5.30pm, guests can indulge in refreshing teas, finger sandwiches, cakes and pastries while looking
out over Kensington Palace and Gardens.
Meanwhile, the bar at Min Jiang (pictured) will offer a trio of cocktails inspired by the vibrant colours and
fragrances of the show’s blooms. Guests can take in the picturesque views of Hyde Park while sipping a lotus martini, mandarin rose, or jasmine Collins at the 10th-floor bar.
The afternoon tea at Park Terrace costs £24 (£34 with Champagne). Chelsea Flower Show-themed cocktails at Min Jiang cost £9 each.
