Do you dream of taking your cooking skills to the next level? To roll fresh pasta that rivals that of Italy’s finest restaurants, or to make a beef Wellington that your friends can’t stop talking about? Then get yourself booked onto one of this year’s masterclasses at Gordon Ramsay’s, Pétrus.
Running on the first Sunday of each month from July to October, the three-hour classes will see the restaurant’s head chef Larry Jayasekara teach intimate groups of up to eight people the Ramsay way with culinary classics. The first two hands-on sessions will let students in on the secrets behind Pétrus’ phenomenal beef Wellington; the second two will teach you how to make ravioli, agnolotti and linguine and to prepare fresh shellfish sauces to accompany them. After the class, you’ll eat a three-course lunch with paired wines as part of the package - and you’ll take away the recipes in a goodie bag.
The Pétrus masterclasses take place on 3 July, 7 August, 4 September, 2 October and cost £250, including lunch and wines. To book, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 020 3551 9860.
