Gordon Ramsay’s Michelin-starred Knightsbridge restaurant Pétrus is holding chef’s table masterclasses to give guests of all abilities the chance to cook in a world-class kitchen.
Head chef Sean Burbridge will teach cooks of all abilities to create a three-course menu specially devised by him for the classes – and show them a few tricks of the trade along the way.
Guests will then tweak their finished dishes in Pétrus’ kitchen during lunch service, before sitting at the chef’s table to enjoy the fruits of their labour, with wines chosen by the sommelier.
The chef’s table masterclasses cost £150.00 per person, with a minimum of two people attending. They are available from Monday to Thursday.
