The Great British Menu is back on BBC2, & this year Bluebird executive chef Mark Broadbent is one of the 14 battling it out to cook a
four-course banquet for the British Ambassador to France. Born & bred in Rochdale, Mark is representing the North of England & can be seen competing in the week commencing 14 May with his
Northern-influenced dishes. Mark will be adding his Great British Menu dishes to the a la carte menu at Bluebird from 1 – 19 June, including roast scallops with English peas, crisp air-dried ham,
& pea shoots; poached turbot, asparagus, & cockles with brown shrimp butter & Strawberry Knickerbocker Glory.
