On 24 and 25 April, Lyle’s in Shoreditch will play host to Sean Gray and Su Wong Ruiz of Momofuku Ko in NYC. The kitchen teams will combine to create two one-off menus, impressing diners with dishes direct from NYC, where Momofuku Ko has maintained two Michelin stars since 2009, as well as its current position at number 56 in The World’s Best Restaurants.
The full menu won’t be announced until the evening, but you can expect Momofuku Ko classics such as razor clams with pineapple and basil, and wild rice kombu with ko egg and caviar. There will also be an accompanying drinks list, designed to complement the dishes on offer.
The Guest Series with Momofuku Ko at Lyle’s takes place on 24 and 25 April, from 6.30-9.30pm. Tickets are priced at £77 per person, to book call 020 3011 5911.
