The annual Belgo Lobster Festival is an absolute must for seafood lovers. Belgo is serving up a treat, offering a choice of dishes for a fixed price of just £15.95. Guests can tuck into whole 1Ib
lobsters grilled with garlic butter, or a surf and turf combo with an 8oz steak and half grilled lobster. Starters, like a rich lobster and brandy bisque with cream and chives as well as lobster
and tarragon croquettes with deep fried parsley and lemon, are also available for £4.95 and £6.95 respectively. A full lobster dinner, which includes a lobster starter and a lobster main, will set
you back just £19.95. At last year’s festival, Belgo served over 12,000 fresh lobsters that had been flown over on a daily basis from Nova Scotia, Canada.
