To mark the start of spring, the terrace at Le Bouchon Breton, with its panoramic views over Old Spitalfields Market, is to reopen along with its La Fete Alsacienne menu.
Taking its inspiration from Alsacienne taverns of Colmar and Strasbourg, it will feature regional dishes such as suckling pig served with its own juices and tomato provencale (a quarter of a pig
for two people, half a pig for four people and a whole suckling pig for eight or more), sautéed oyster mushrooms and frites, or flammenküche, all served with a stein of beer (one litre) or a half
