Join Phil Howard, Bruno Loubet and Tom Kerridge for lunch at Sonny’s Kitchen

This autumn, top chefs will host separate lunches featuring dishes from their recently published cookbooks as part of a series of events called Cooking the Books.

First up, on Thursday 26 September, is The Square’s Phil Howard, who has put together a three-course lunch menu from the two volumes of The Square Cookbook – ‘Savoury’ and ‘Sweet’. After the meal, diners can ask Howard questions; the chef will also sign copies of his cookbooks (£35 each or £60 for both).

On 14 October, French chef Bruno Loubet (Bistrot Bruno Loubet, Grain Store) will cook dishes from his new book Mange Tout. Then, on Thursday, 14 November, Tom Kerridge of two-Michelin-starred gastropub The Hand & Flowers will cook a lunch inspired by recipes from his new book, Proper Pub Food.
