First up, on Thursday 26 September, is The Square’s Phil Howard, who has put together a three-course lunch menu from the two volumes of
The Square Cookbook – ‘Savoury’ and ‘Sweet’. After the meal, diners can ask Howard questions; the chef will also sign copies of his cookbooks (£35 each or £60 for both).
