Join the Curry Club at Carom and gain access to behind-the-scenes cookery demonstrations by the restaurant’s executive head chef Balaji Balachander, followed by a cocktail aperitif and three-course
dinner, plus a take-home goodie bag.
The next session takes place on 7 March and Balachander will demonstrate how to cook chicken ‘chennai’ curry. For those who can’t make the cookery class, the three-course Curry Club menu costs £15.
This includes the curry dish of the day, rice, naan, poppadoms, a side dish and a beer.
The Curry Club event takes place once a month, starting at 5.30pm, and costs £50.
