Guests can enjoy a canapé and drinks reception from 6.30pm, followed by a four-course dinner, with each dish paired with an Italian wine. Dishes on the specially curated menu include grilled king scallops with dried shrimp and ginger raita (paired with a lightly perfumed 2010 Simon di Brazzan Malvasia from Friuli), and cardamom cheesecake with quince chutney (paired with a juicy, floral 2004 Picolit from Aquila del Torre).
