This summer head chef Stefano Stecca will launch a series of exciting new Italian cookery classes in the kitchens of Brunello Restaurant at The
Baglioni Hotel. Every last Saturday in the month from July through to November the Brunello kitchens will be thrown open to an intimate group of members of the public, keen to master the art of
creating classic Italian dishes. Get to grips with making perfect fresh pasta & risotto alongside simple but delicate sauces which are sure to wow your dinner guests. You will learn to master
Italian dishes such as a perfectly balanced saffron risotto, silky fresh tagliatelle & spinach & ricotta filled ravioli with a sage butter sauce. Everyone will leave Brunello with a goodie
bag featuring some of the ingredients used & a bespoke chefs jacket with their name embroidered on the left hand side.
