Italian Connection at Brown’s Hotel


From 23 – 28 April The Grill at Brown’s will be joining forces with its Italian sister hotel, the Hotel de Russie, for an exciting week of all things Italian. Executive chefs Laurence Glayzer of Brown’s & Nazzareno Menghini of de Russie will create a colourful & fragrant Italian menu using only the freshest ingredients, with highlights like courgette flowers stuffed with mozzarella & anchovies, served with fried king prawns; & sheep’s milk ricotta soufflé with candied fruit & ‘Grand Cru’ chocolate. A two- & three-course menu will be available at lunchtime for £25 & £30 respectively, while the sumptuous dinner menu includes a glass of Prosecco & is priced at £49.50.
