Guests will be talked through a tasting of six premium styles of chocolate – ranging from omnipresent organic brand Green & Black's to high-end styles from St Lucian plantation Rabot Estate and
organic Madagascan producer Pralus.
Each chocolate will be matched with wines hand-picked by Vinopolis’ Melanie Reeve, who will talk guests through the subtle differences between each style of chocolate, and demonstrate why some
wines work well with chocolate and some are better off on their own. Reeve will even show how Champagne can be matched with chocolate – with a glass of Canard-Duchêne.
