A series of gourmet chef evenings will be taking place at Royal Garden’s Tenth Restaurant, starting on the 6th of October with one of the UK’s top Indian chefs, Cyrus Todiwala, exec chef of Café
Spice Namasté. Diners at the restaurant can tuck into a bespoke six-course Indian tasting menu with dishes like samosa filled with fresh crab claw cooked in Goan red masala and diced lamb simmered
in a cassia bark infused gravy. Dishes will be served together with a selection of recommended wines. Fully inclusive tickets clock in at £85 per person. Guests wanting to stay over in one of the
luxurious bedrooms can do so for just £100 (plus VAT and breakfast), which is a saving of over 50 per cent.
Other nights in the Gourmet Chef Evening series include Peter Gordon (The Providores) 17 November 2005; Nigel Hayworth (Northcote Manor) 2 March 2006 and Andrew McLeish (Chapter One) 11 May 2006.
