Stripped Back chef Ben Spalding presents collaborative supper club series

The latest project headed up by chef-about-town Ben Spalding – you’ll know him from Roganic, John Salt, or his eight-cover market restaurant Stripped Back – looks pretty special. Spalding has gathered together five of the UK’s best chefs (plus one Scandi sensation) and is set to construct a 14-course supper club with each of them in Shoreditch events space, 4th Floor Studios.


To kick off the series, Spalding will cook with Paul Foster (from Birmingham restaurant Salt) on the 31 May and 1 June.

West House’s Graham Garrett on 28 and 29 June


The Lord Clyde’s Ernst van Zyl on 31 August and 1 September


Norwegian Mikael Svensson, from Oslo’s Kontrast, on 4 and 5 October


Adam Simmonds (formerly of Danefield House), will cook the final dinner on 1 and 2 November


The #AllGunsBlazing dinners will run until 2 November, with roughly one event per month.
