Indes, where head chef Mehernosh Mody and his team will give you insight and expert advice on numerous herbs and spices used in Indian cooking as well as how to prepare them by roasting, grinding
and pounding. The chefs will then prepare a wide range of dishes – from curries and breads to soups and chaats. After the demo, guests can tuck into the delights of La Porte des Indes’ lunch buffet
