A selection of Holi snacks such as rabbit tikka and jalapeño fritter with a shot of lentil soup
Ravioli of wild mushrooms, tomato truffle sauce
Free-range chicken tikka terrine, honey mustard dressing
Pomegranate and mint sorbet
Paneer soola and calabash fritter with yoghurt sauce
Roast rack of Cumbrian mutton, mint and onion sauce
