Chef Nathan Green cooks at Hawksmoor Borough

Chef Nathan Green, who has worked in the kitchens at The Square and Restaurant Tom Aikens, is taking over the Cooks’ Room kitchen at Hawksmoor Borough for a special two-night residency.

Green, who currently oversees RHODA restaurant in Hong Kong, will serve up a five-course menu with matching wines, as well as cocktails and snacks on arrival. On the menu, there will be braised short-rib nugget with caviar, Tomahawk steak, and vanilla cheesecake topped with port-poached blackberries. The evening will be hosted by Green and Hawksmoor’s executive chef Richard Turner and all proceeds from ticket sales will go to Action Against Hunger’s #UniteAgainstFamine appeal.
