Le Café Anglais’ Rowley Leigh is partnering with some of Britain’s most prominent chefs and cooks for another series of ‘Cooking with Rowley’ dinners. At these events, guests can enjoy a unique
meal cooked by Leigh and his guest that reflects the cooking styles, backgrounds and passions of both chefs.
Last year, Leigh welcomed food writer, broadcaster and columnist Tom Parker Bowles, The Sunday Times’s cookery writer Lucas Hollweg and Polpetto’s Florence Knight into his kitchen, among
others. This year has already seen The River Café’s Rose Prince take to the stoves to prepare a mouth-watering feast, with more star
turns in the pipeline.
The 2013 line-up is as follows:
20 March Skye Gyngell, former head chef of Petersham Nurseries Café
14 May Allegra McEvedy, chef, cookbook author and co-founder of Leon
summer 2013 Thomasina Miers, founder of Wahaca
autumn 2013 Rick Stein, chef, restaurateur and TV cookery star
Tickets cost £60, including dinner and service. To book, call Le Café Anglais’ reservation line on 020 7221 1415.
