Gourmet Lunch Hour at Foliage

Foliage, the fine dining restaurant within the Mandarin Oriental hotel, has brought speedy lunching to a whole new level with the launch of a new Lunch Hour menu. Based on small, 'tasting-sized' dishes designed to offer a lighter alternative to the traditional three-course lunch, it offers diners the chance to try four different plates from a choice of 14 savouries and six desserts. Expect selections to include the likes of pigs head carpaccio, trout with white beans and clams, and tonka bean brulée with peanut parfait and sea salt caramel.
