Covent Garden’s leading Indian restaurant Moti Mahal is celebrating the arrival of the game season with the launch of a new menu
incorporating guinea fowl, grouse, partridge and pheasant, all lightly spiced with a contemporary Indian twist.
The new main courses offer a wide variety of flavours to cater for all tastes. Highlights include Chukar ke Momo: guinea fowl and wild mushroom momo, stir fried chilli and ginger broccoli;
Kerala Roast: grouse flavoured with south Indian spices, oven roasted and tossed with onions and coriander; Dum ka Teetar: red legged partridge cooked in a sealed pot in a saffron
mace sauce with baby vegetables and Tandoori Jungli Murga: pheasant marinated in home made spices and thyme, roasted in the tandoor, with potato and pomegranate salad.
For those looking for a lunch hour treat, the restaurant continues to offer two courses and a glass of wine for £15.00 per person.
