Le Pont de la Tour is hosting a series of monthly Saturday-morning French masterclasses from 24 September.
Each month participants will learn to cook a different classic French dish, from moules marinière, to steak marchand and sauce au poivre, to vanilla crème brûlée. The day will start with a
practical cooking class and will end at lunchtime, when guests will be invited to sample the menu they’ve cooked, accompanied by a glass of wine.
The cookery masterclasses cost £45.
