Gourmets and wine lovers are in for a treat, as Fredrick’s, the Berkshire county hotel, is hosting a series of themed Autumn Wine Dinners. Each dinner will showcase a different European vineyard
and offers a five-course feast specially prepared by Brian Cutler, head chef of the award winning Fredrick’s restaurant. Each dinner is themed around wines from a selected vineyard in Austria,
Germany or Italy. Guests will have the opportunity to speak to the wine producers and Brian Cutler about food and wine matching. Future dinners are as follows:
Friday 23 September: Vineyard Tegernseerhof - Wachau and K + K Kirnbauer Vineyard – Mittelburgenland both from Austria
Friday 14 October: Weingut Hans Lang – Rheingau, Germany
Thursday 14th October: Fuerst Lowenstein Vineyard – Franconia Germany at Fredrick’s Restaurant with Prince Carl-Friedrich of Loewenstein
Saturday 26th November: Fattoria Nittardi – Tuscany, Italy
