Low calorie cooking, chocolate treats and canapés is what you’ll learn to knock up if you join exec chef Bernhard Mayer on one of his autumn cookery classes at the Four Seasons Hotel this autumn.
The Saturday morning classes start with a welcome breakfast in The Lounge at 10am, followed by the cookery class in the hotel’s main kitchen. Participants will celebrate their achievements with a
champagne toast followed by lunch in Lanes Restaurant. Chef’s whites, ingredients and cooking utensils are provided by the hotel. The schedule includes the following: ‘Fit & Fabulous – Low
calorie cooking with fruit’ on 30 August, ‘Chocolate Decadence’ on 27 September and ‘Canapés – Essentials for a successful cocktail party’ on 25 October.
