Maida Vale’s gastropub The Truscott Arms will combine food and music for a second edition of its Eating Sound event on Tuesday 15 April.
A five-course menu devised by head chef Barry Snook will be set to live chamber musicians arranged by composer Sam Bailey. Each course will have its own musical accompaniment as well as wines to
match each dish.
Pea tortellini with onion consommé and morel mushrooms and new season lamb saddle with shepherd’s pie and gremolata will star on the seasonal menu. The event at the Maida Vale pub aims to be a
celebration of spring and The Masketeers will be decorating The Truscott Arms, as well as designing masks for the occasion.
Tickets for Eating Sound’s five-course dinner cost £75 per person, and to top it all off, each guest will be presented with an Easter egg at the end of the evening.
