Fifteen Days of Frivolity at Ping Pong

With the New Year in most parts of the world already a distant memory, it's reassuring to know that the celebrations aren't over yet... Chinese New Year will shortly be upon us, and to mark it, Ping Pong branches across London will be offering two menus (both £15.99) and a selection of cocktails designed with the New Year in mind.

As legend has it, on Chinese New Year Buddha named twelve years after twelve animals, decreeing that people would take on personality traits of the animal associated with the year they are born in. 2008 is the year of the rat, and anyone who can prove that they are 'rats' (1924, 1936, 1948, 1960, 1972 and 1984) will be rewarded with the Ratini or the Red Lantern cocktail.
