Festival of Food & Wine at Northcote Manor

Make sure you take some time off to enjoy this brilliant highlight on the culinary calendar at Northcote Manor near Blackburn. The festival offers visitors the opportunity to experience a wide range of different dining experiences, with seven expert chefs cooking a five-course gourmet dinner each evening. Every year, students from Lancaster & Morecambe College and Accrington Catering College are invited to join the festival, giving them the chance to work alongside the top chefs in the industry.

The culinary evenings are as follows:

24 January: Eric Chavot (The Capital, London). Champagne and canapé reception, followed by a five-course dinner. £75 per person.

25 January: Sat Baines (Restaurant Sat Bains, Nottingham). Champagne and canapé reception, followed by a five-course dinner. £75 per person.

26 January: Dieter Koshchina (Vila Joya, Portugal). Champagne and canapé reception, followed by a five-course dinner. £75 per person.

27 January: Roy Brett (Seafood Restaurant, Padstow). Champagne and canapé reception, followed by a five-course dinner. £75 per person.

28 January: Philip Howard (The Square, London). Champagne and canapé reception, followed by a five-course dinner. £75 per person.

29 January: Richard Corrigan (Lindsay House Restaurant, London). Champagne and canapé reception, followed by a five-course dinner. £75 per person.

30 January 2005: Nigel Haworth (Northcote Manor, Langho). Champagne and canapé reception, followed by a five-course dinner including wines. £90 per person.
