Grey Goose invites London’s drinks enthusiasts to an unforgettable evening in Tower 42, one of the City's tallest buildings, and home to Gary Rhodes’ restaurant on the 24th floor, and top-floor bar
Rhodes Twenty Four’s head chef Andrew Barkham will welcome guests with a selection of specially created canapés, using the food to showcase his own personal tastes.
As guests indulge in bespoke Grey Goose cocktails, Barkham and his team will share anecdotes about the sense of taste – backed up by experiments to prove the truth of their stories. Barkham will
show how our other senses affect the way we taste things, and discuss how people’s genes dictate many of our preferences.
The team at Vertigo 42’s stunning Champagne bar will be on hand to get guests involved in a cocktail masterclass. Beginners will learn how to prepare and balance a cocktail from the experts, before
being let loose on the Grey Goose drinks trolley to experiment with their own combinations and put what they’ve learned into practice.
The masterclass will be followed by a personal consultation with one of the team’s experts to determine individuals’ taste profiles and develop a cocktail to suit each. Guests will leave the event
equipped with their own recipe.
