Had enough fresh fruit and water? Ditch the detox for an indulgent evening of Italian food and wine at Carluccio's. On 24 January, its Notting Hill branch will host a Celebrazione di Cibo e Vino in
association with the wine merchants Enotria. Expect prosecco and canapés to be followed by a four-course meal with regional wines to match each dish, starting with Santa Teresa Frascati
accompanying a lemon and olive oil-dressed mushroom salad. Next up will be potato gnocchi in rabbit ragu with a robust, well-rounded red from southern Italy and lamb and Parma ham cooked in white
wine, garlic and rosemary and served with a stonking Sicilian Nero D'avola. Panna cotta with raspberry sauce will be matched with Morsi di Luce to finish.
