What do you get if you cross a farm in South Africa, a lady from LA, a troop of baboons and a leopard? World-renowned wine, that’s what. You can try it for yourself at this one-off Lismore Estate wine dinner at Villandry St James’s, on Wednesday 14 September.
Samantha O’Keefe left LA to open a vineyard in South Africa’s Overburg in 2000, with the foothills of the Riviersonderend mountains and a collection of animals for company. The gamble paid off, so this is your chance to hear O’Keefe’s fascinating story first-hand in Villandry’s private dining room, along with a four-course, wine-paired dinner.
The dinner starts at 7pm and costs £60 per person, which includes a welcome drink. Book your place by calling 020 3544 0682, or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
