If you consider good food a priority when you’re on holiday in Barbados, you’re in for a treat, as Daphne’s Barbados is hosting culinary weeks in August and December. The August week will be themed
as ‘The Ivy Week’, when head chef of The Ivy, Alan Bird and assistant manager Sebastian Fogg will be hosting lunchtime cookery classes followed by dinner on the terrace with dishes inspired by the
popular London restaurant. The team from Le Caprice will host a similar culinary week in December. Reservations can be made directly through the restaurant.
