This autumn The Culinary Genius School has a wide range of classes running from late September through til early December. All classes are held in the kitchens at The Terrace In The Fields
Restaurant, a few minutes walk from Holborn and Covent Garden, at evenings and weekends.
Unlike most cookery classes, lessons at Culinary Genius take place in a real restaurant kitchen, and numbers are limited to just five people per class, ensuring everyone gets lots of individual
attention and hands-on guidance.
All classes are taught by chef Patrick Williams, who trained under Marco Pierre White. As well as one-off sessions, there are also more intensive courses for everyone from absolute beginners to
those who want to cook to professional kitchen standards.
All classes include refreshments before the class starts and daytime classes include lunch or dinner afterwards. Many classes also give you the opportunity to invite your friends and family to
sample the result of your labours at a bargain rate of £20 per person for three courses, including wine (£10 for children).
