Seasonal produce is the key to fresh, tasty dishes, but knowing what to use when can often be a confusing process. The solution? Book yourself into one of the masterclasses hosted by Brown's Hotel
in Mayfair, which have been specially designed to complement the produce of each season.
The £150 sessions include morning coffee with executive chef Lee Streeton, followed by a private transfer to Borough Market, where you'll get the chance to meet the hotel's suppliers and select
ingredients. Then it's back to the hotel for a demonstration on how to prepare and cook all the ingredients, after which attendees will sit down for lunch in the restaurant to taste the prepared
dishes over half a bottle of wine.
The classes can be booked for a maximum of six people so it's advisable to reserve your place early. For more information and to book dates contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
