Following the success of its crab festival and tasting menus, Trishna is now launching dedicated crab masterclasses, in
which the public can learn about cooking – and eating – the crustaceans.
Held at Trishna every Sunday, the classes will start with a welcome drink and a tour of the restaurant, before executive chef Ravi Deulkar and his brigade demonstrate how to prepare and cook live
Dorset brown crabs in the style of the South Western coast of India, with a three-course crab lunch with matching wines spread out at intervals during the event.
Classes are held on Sundays from 4-6.30pm and are priced at £60 per head. Early bookings are recommended as numbers are strictly limited. To reserve a place, email email@example.com or call 020 7935 5624.
