Fischers Fritz, the Michelin-starred restaurant in the Regent Berlin, offers high quality fish & seafood specialties in an elegant & inviting atmosphere. Head chef Christian Lohse, who has
earned Michelin stars at three different restaurants, will be hosting an open cookery class on 17 November. Participants will learn to prepare a meal with guinea fowl, langoustines & mushrooms.
Priced at 169 Euro per person, the event will include the cookery class, as well as dinner & drinks.
