Ever thought about making asparagus soup with wild garlic, milk mousse, chive flowers and mint espuma with crispy bacon? Probably not, but it’s typical of the refined dishes you can learn to create
at The Greenhouse’s cookery classes. Saturday morning classes take place at the Mayfair Michelin-starred restaurant,
lead by executive chef Antonin Bonnet, where he teaches all aspects of cooking from what to look for in seasonal ingredients, to how to make stocks and sauces. After a two-and-a-half hour cookery
demonstration, guests are invited to sit down to a four-course meal with matching wines.
Classes cost £140 per person and take place on the following dates:
