Those who have a passion for seafood, where better to learn to cook it than at one of London's top fish restaurants, One-O-One? Exec chef, TV chef Pascal Proyart, has become a master of showmanship
in the kitchen, so cooking classes have been designed to be fun and informal. Guests kick off with an aperitif in the restaurant, followed by an hour and a half of watching and learning top-tips,
recipes and secrets of preparing and cooking fish, as well as creating that special sauce which will leave lasting impressions at dinner parties. Once the cookery session is finished, guests are
invited back into the restaurant for a five-course feast accompanied by wines chosen by the restaurant's sommelier. During 2004, his culinary sessions are scheduled for the evenings of 25 February,
24 March, 28 April, 26 May, 30 June, 29 September, 27 October and 24 November.
