Those who have a passion for seafood, where better to learn to cook it than at one of London's top fish restaurants, One-O-One? Exec chef, TV chef Pascal Proyart, has become a master of showmanship
in the kitchen, so cooking classes have been designed to be fun and informal. The cookery evenings kick off at 5.45pm with a glass of chilled Champagne, followed by watching and learning recipes,
top tips and secrets of preparing and cooking fish, as well as creating sauces that will leave lasting impressions at dinner parties. At the end of the demonstration, the restaurant’s sommelier,
Alessandro Bonuzzi, will treat guests to a tasting of seasonal cheese paired with a wine or port. Following the cookery sessions, guests can indulge in a five-course dinner, accompanied by
carefully selected wines.
The culinary sessions are as follows:
28 February: Asian Inspiration
21 March: Full Body Flavours
25 April: Spring has Arrived
23 May: Sunshine
20 June: Summer
26 September: Lobster at its Best
24 October: Autumn Delight
21 November: Festive Time
