Cinnamon Kitchen will be exploding into a riot of colour this month, by installing a ‘paint-throwers party pod’ from 11 to 22 March.
The Hindu Holi festival of colour marks the end of winter, which Cinnamon Kitchen diners will be able to celebrate by flinging clusters of coloured powder at each other. For £8, revellers will be
given protective suits and 30 minutes in the ‘House of Holi’ to work up an appetite before dinner.
Once the powder has settled, a five-course Holi feast is available, featuring the likes of lotus-stem korma and seared Kentish lamb escalopes for £45 per person.
Cinnamon Kitchen’s adjoining cocktail bar, Anise, will also be celebrating with colourful creations such as the Holika Fire, combining Applejack brandy, homemade grenadine and fresh lime.
Holi sessions for a maximum of 20 guests are available from midday onwards, from Monday to Saturday. To make a booking, email firstname.lastname@example.org or for more details visit the website
