This November, Cinnamon Kitchen City will celebrate its 10th anniversary, with a one-off dinner. In order to celebrate this milestone, executive chef Vivek Singh will team up with five of London’s finest Indian cuisine chefs to host a dinner on Monday 5 November.
The night will begin with a canapé and cocktail reception, followed by the chefs’ dishes served family-style on tables of 10. The chefs that will collaborate with Vivek for this one-night-only celebration include Kricket’s Will Bowlby, Cyrus Todiwala from Café Spice Namaste, Asma Khan from Darjeeling Express in Kingly Court, and Sriram Aylur from Quilon. The final guest chef will be Ravinder Bhogal, best known for her Marylebone restaurant, Jikoni.
Each chef will cook two dishes, with plates on the menu including samphire pakoras with date and tamarind chutney, and coffee ragsullas with mascarpone ice cream.
The Cinnamon Kitchen City anniversary dinner takes place on Monday 5 November. Tickets are priced at £70 per person, to book click here.
