On Friday 2 March, fine-dining Indian restaurant The Cinnamon Club is hosting an intimate wine-and-spice evening in collaboration with Argentinian winery Fabre Montmayou.
Head chef Rakesh Ravindran Nair has designed a four-course menu to complement the wines being served. Dishes include chargrilled Gressingham duck breast with star anise (paired with 2009 Merlot
Reserva), and roast fillet of Scottish beef with mint-and-onion sauce (paired with 2007 Grand Vin).
The event kicks off at 6.30pm with a drinks-and-canapé reception; dinner starts at 7.15pm.
