Renowned chef Vivek Singh is inviting some of London’s top chefs to cook Indian for the night. The final big name among the star-studded line up is Mark Hix. He and Singh will will cook an Indian-influenced five-course dinner, with Singh in turn cooking at one of Hixs' own restaurant in the autumn. The dinner takes place on 18 September and will see Hix cook the likes of crab and beetroot cake with Bengali mustard. The main course will feature grouse tandoori with lentil kedgeree and pumpkin chutney, while the evening will round off with sweet treats including Indian Mithai knickerbocker glory
