Passionate about Indian food? Then you’ll be pleased to hear that Chutney Mary is demonstrating how to cook real gourmet Indian food in its kitchens. The day will include an informative talk on
authentic regional cuisine, different cooking methods, ingredients and spices used in each of the regions, a Q & A session, tips for selecting wines, followed by a cooking demonstration. A
three-course lunch with wine will then be served in the conservatory, featuring the dishes demonstrated in the kitchen. Dates are as follows: 5 July, 2 August, 6 September,
4 October, 1 November and 6 December. Events can also be arranged individually for groups.
