Book early for this fantastic opportunity to take part in chef Christian Delteil’s cookery class entitled ‘Christmas with a Difference’ at Bank Aldwych. Christian will focus on time saving
techniques, a range of seasonal produce and how to enjoy Christmas when you cook. Tasty dishes featured will include: hot foie gras and chutney, medallions of turkey and baked soufflé Christmas
style. The day kicks off at 9.30am with coffee and croissants and the chance to quiz Christian before the class begins. Following the cookery demonstration, guests can enjoy a cocktail display by
Bank’s Bar manager Steve Robb. Christian will also make sure guests won’t leave hungry, as they can tuck into a three-course lunch washed down with wines chosen by Bank’s sommelier, Pedro Lopes.
