The Fat Duck in Bray will be celebrating the festive season with a Christmas lunch menu. Designed by Heston Blumenthal himself, the restaurant
will be open for Sunday lunch on 2, 9, and 16 December. For £300 per person – excluding drinks and service charge – guests will be offered dishes such as ‘savoury lollies’ (‘waldorf rocket, salmon
twister and mulled wine feast’), ‘Christmas tree’, ‘gold, frankincense and myrrh’ and ‘botrytis cinerea’.
Located next door to The Fat Duck, Blumenthal’s Michelin-starred Hinds Head pub will also be hosting Christmas festivities. Head to the pub
on 16-17 December for bites prepared by head chef Kevin Love. The upstairs private dining room will be transformed into ‘Santa’s Grotto’, where Santa himself will be handing out presents. Parents
are welcome to bring their children. For £10 the kids will receive an early Christmas gift. A children’s menu is also available.
